As you are aware the "enhanced COVID-19 vaccine certificate" system, as the Ontario government is calling it, will come into effect on Sept. 22, 2021. Once this system goes into effect, proof of being fully vaccinated at least 14 days prior (for eligible individuals) along with photo ID will be required in order to access sports facilities like the Libro Centre.
Under direction from the Ministry of Health and Windsor Essex County Health Unit the Town of Amherstburg will be implementing the vaccine certificate system as a requirement to access the Libro Centre.
In addition to the above, screening on entry, mask wearing in the facility except while on the ice and participating in skating and physical distancing requirements will be in place.
